Who Is Eligible to Receive Services?
Bridge of Care LLC provides mental health services to Florida Medicaid enrolled recipients, individuals age 18 and older who live in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. A staff member is available to help you to determine if our services best meet your needs.
Costs, Coverage & Payment
Costs vary by service and insurance benefits. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and certain private insurance plans; coverage and authorization requirements vary. Before your initial assessment, our team will explain expected charges and any amount you may need to pay. If cost is a concern, ask about sliding fee discounts or a fee reduction or waiver, subject to eligibility. Proof of income or public assistance may be required. Payment is generally due at the time of your appointment.
