This website provides general information about Bridge of Care LLC and ways to contact the organization. Its content is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A website visit or feedback submission does not replace evaluation by a qualified health professional.
Questions about care, appointments, or available services should be directed to (305) 603-7063, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Staff can explain the current requirements for a particular service.
Feedback and contact messages
Website forms are not monitored as an emergency or clinical-care service. Do not use them to request urgent help or submit medical details, diagnoses, or personal health information. Use the crisis and emergency resources displayed on the site when urgent help is needed.
Feedback should concern the service experience. Do not submit another person's private information, threats, malicious content, or automated spam. Optional contact details may be used to respond when contact is requested.
